As a budding chef, Melanie Milasinovich, founder of
At Home Cooking in the mid 80’s, acquired a rare opportunity to apprentice with a renowned Master of European Cooking in Boulder, CO. in the late 80’s.

Chef Raimondo Laudisio appeared in the Who’s Who in America’s Restaurants and his recipes were honored in Master Chefs of America. Raimondo’s passion along with his brother Leonardo was contagious. Melanie infused their passion which led her to partner with Leonardo Laudisio who introduced her into the world of Food and Culture.

Boulder in the 80’s became a Mecca of many interests of Health and Well Being.

She lived amongst those that sought out practices in Body Work, Spiritual Teachings and Athletic Performance. Melanie’s vision was to live it and be it, Living Life to its Fullest!!
